FRESENIUS HELIOS HOSPITALS is seeking a committed and skilled professional to fill the role of Station Manager within our Gastroenterology department. This position is pivotal in overseeing station functions and guaranteeing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the station timetable to ensure optimal staffing and patient flow.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare practitioners to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
  • Mentor and support team members through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Strategically organize and manage workflow while complying with organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Completed nursing education along with a qualification in Station Management.
  • Proven experience in a comparable leadership position.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in engaging effectively with patients and their families.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and the capability to work autonomously.
  • Strong business insight, innovative thinking, and dedication to the role.
  • Verification of immunization against measles is required.
