Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our Communications and Public Affairs team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that showcases our brand and values to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives and values.
  • Lead a team of communications professionals to deliver high-quality content and campaigns that engage our audience and build our brand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization and with external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and advise the leadership team on communications-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the Public Policy and Government Affairs team to ensure a cohesive approach to communications and public policy.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, and government relations.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce, tech, and delivery industries, with experience in regulatory affairs and policy development.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex communications challenges.
