About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team at Krankenhaus Bietigheim. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and registering patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient administrative process.
• Preparing patients for surgery, ensuring they are properly prepared and informed.
• Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing administrative support to the clinical team, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Monitoring patients post-operatively, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Requirements:

• Completion of a medical assistant training program or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in using Orbis software, with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Proof of full vaccination against measles or immunity, as per the German Infectious Diseases Protection Act.
