We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at HAIX, a leading European company dedicated to innovation and excellence in our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and Develop Infrastructure: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, Citrix, Sophos Firewall, ESX/VMWare, Windows Server, Exchange, M365, and Veeam Backup systems.
- Provide Technical Support: Offer 2nd Level Helpdesk support and coordinate 3rd Level support across international locations, ensuring seamless technical assistance to our global customers.
- Plan and Budget Infrastructure Projects: Develop and execute infrastructure projects autonomously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Ensure Infrastructure Modernization: Drive the modernization of workspaces, servers, cloud, and conference rooms, ensuring our infrastructure remains cutting-edge and efficient.
- Technical Background: Possess a strong technical background in IT, with experience in network planning, Microsoft infrastructures, firewall configuration, and backup solutions.
- Information Security and Data Protection: Familiarity with Information Security and Data Protection processes, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
- Customer-Oriented and Analytical: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, analytical thinking, and conceptual abilities to drive business growth and success.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with our global team and customers.
