Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Officer to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a Supply Officer, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials to Airbus and searching for solutions to solve the AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement and inventory of materials and supplies to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to meet urgent needs and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Communicate with suppliers, place and track orders, and analyze delivery delays to manage recovery plans.
  • Participate in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes to improve supply chain performance.
  • Monitor the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business and maintain regular contact with suppliers.
  • Communicate with internal customers about the progress of orders and provide regular updates.
  • Participate in the on-call service to ensure 24/7 support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • At least two years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and supply chain management software.
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in German, Spanish, or French.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
