- Proven experience in Salesforce development, including extensive knowledge of Salesforce technologies like Apex, Lightning, and integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and make strategic decisions that align with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
