You will collaborate closely with the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) division and global regions to facilitate Strategic Initiatives and sales empowerment tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering technical and clinical insights through demonstrations of our solutions, products, services, and consumables, to internal teams during training sessions or to end customers. Conducting outstanding sales presentations, either in person or virtually, showcasing our solutions. Offering expert assistance and support as the second line of contact for the Medical Sales Response Center (MSRC). Working alongside the Sales Enablement team, you will aid markets in securing Strategic Sales projects by: Hosting customer engagements, providing on-site visits as needed, and offering strategic insights on configuration, vision, competition, positioning, partnerships, best practices, and advice on proposal quotations (including contracts and Lifecycle Management). Providing expert recommendations for Installed base Customer Lifetime Value/Lifecycle Management plans. Participating in and contributing to events and conferences. Collaborating with the extended marketing team to develop content for sales training and customer-facing materials. Offering feedback for value proposition development, product innovation, and launch processes through strong partnerships with Category and Product Managers. Contributing to Competitive squads by gathering, validating, and consolidating competitive intelligence. Assisting in the creation and/or updating of solution playbooks. Supporting the development and maintenance of sales enablement tools to enhance the productivity and quality of the sales team, including: Online Solution and Ordering Guide 2.0, Opportunity Finder, and other Lifecycle Management tools and programs.Team Environment
You will be an integral part of the Marketing team within the Hospital Patient Monitoring sector, whose mission is to distinguish Philips HPM to the appropriate customers, generate qualified demand through engaging campaigns, and support our colleagues in the market to maximize the value of our offerings, improve our win rates, and ultimately drive order intake.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, applied sciences, or a related field. Experience in marketing technology, healthcare, or medtech products or solutions. High proficiency in marketing processes and tools, along with an understanding of the surrounding organization. Strong project management capabilities and the ability to engage a wide network of stakeholders across the business and region, with meticulous documentation of translation and localization efforts.
