We are seeking an experienced International Senior Purchasing Manager to join our team at Bauer. As a key member of our purchasing organization, you will be responsible for leading our international purchasing efforts and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Purchasing for our international major projects, focusing on strategic sourcing and supplier development to achieve maximum success.
  • Supporting the strategic development of our international purchasing organizations, driving innovation and process improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of purchasing projects.

**Requirements**

  • Several years of professional experience as a purchasing manager in international construction projects.
  • High willingness to travel with short-term availability.
  • Business fluent in English (C2) and ability for day-to-day conversation in German (B1).
  • Strong communicator, self-confident, and assertive team player.
