Client Relationship Manager

Transform Healthcare with Us as a Client Relationship Manager

Baxter is on the lookout for a committed Client Relationship Manager to spearhead sales initiatives and advocate for cutting-edge therapy solutions in critical patient care. As a vital member of our Patient Support Systems team in Germany, you will significantly influence the advancement of medical technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate business opportunities within the designated sales territory
- Partner with the Business Manager to meet annual sales objectives
- Concentrate on boosting market share and profitability
- Advocate for new therapy solutions available for rental or purchase
- Evaluate market trends and competitive landscape
- Execute local strategies to enhance sales performance
- Organize product demonstrations for clients
- Provide constructive feedback on sales materials and recommend enhancements
- Discover new business prospects and lead sales initiatives
- Oversee high-value accounts and contractual agreements
- Coordinate clinical activities and programs
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Medical knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage with executives
- Dependability and discretion
- Strong self-management and organizational skills
- Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
