At enviaM-Gruppe, a leading company in the energy sector, we are seeking a skilled Mechatronician to join our team as a Plant Maintenance Specialist. Our company is a mid-sized enterprise with around 180 employees, operating in the eastern German states.

As a Plant Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining our energy production facilities in accordance with operational procedures and safety regulations.
• Coordinating and executing maintenance and repair tasks on energy production equipment.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues and anomalies in energy production systems.
• Supporting the planning and execution of maintenance and repair activities.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks on energy production equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in plant maintenance, operation, and repair of energy production equipment.
• Knowledge of energy production systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule (3-shift system).
