About the Role

At TEAG Thüringer Energie, we are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions for our private, hybrid, and public cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with our project leaders and application managers to identify cloud-based solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide expert advice on cloud security and compliance, ensuring that our cloud infrastructure meets the highest standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud trends and technologies, and work with our team to develop cloud strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Document cloud infrastructure configurations and collaborate with service providers to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure administration, with a focus on private, hybrid, and public cloud environments.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions, including on-premises architectures.
  • Expertise in cloud security and compliance, with a focus on Azure AD.
  • Experience with various cloud technologies and Office 365 administration.
  • Strong understanding of cloud service offerings and cloud-based solutions.
  • Cloud Administrator certification (e.g. TÜV Rheinland).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud solutions and a willingness to learn and adapt.
