Your Responsibilities- Lead internal platform initiatives, enhancing development tools and environments based on Cloud Native principles.
- Introduce cloud technologies that facilitate the advancement of Raisin's banking platform hosted on AWS.
- Contribute to the construction of the development infrastructure utilized by stream-aligned teams, driving various automation and integration projects with the latest technologies.
- Research, evaluate, develop, and maintain new technological solutions for our Internal Development Platform.
- Collaborate with the team to establish standards, create guidelines, and share best practices to promote continuous learning and improvement.
- Deliver stable automated solutions for our internal clients to accelerate product testing and delivery.
- Encourage teams to pursue test automation and quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
- You possess a university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- You bring over 4 years of experience as a Backend or Full Stack Engineer.
- You can showcase your professional expertise in Cloud software development utilizing Amazon Web Services.
- You are proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, or Go (JavaScript is an advantage for Full Stack roles).
- You have a proven history of working with REST APIs, Kafka streaming platforms, and relational databases.
- You possess a strong enthusiasm for DevOps practices and have hands-on experience with modern CI/CD tools, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- You are comfortable and confident participating in technical and architectural discussions.
- You are an open-minded and creative team player eager to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our technology and culture.
- You have excellent English communication skills.
