Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant Enterprise Solutions to join our team at BCG Platinion. As a key member of our SAP S/4HANA implementation team, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategic ERP solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in SAP S/4 projects along the entire supply chain, from requirements analysis to solution design, implementation, testing, training, and rollout.
  • Design and define specific SAP S/4 solutions along the value chain of our clients and the required SAP modules.
  • Introduce best practices in the evaluation, specification, and implementation of user requirements, focusing on reducing one-off and maintenance costs.
  • Manage technical aspects of SAP S/4 implementation and migration projects or in specific domains.
  • Lead requirements management within the scope of SAP S/4HANA projects, including management of specialist concept workshops with business process managers.
  • Control and prototype customizing of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Support the sale of large ERP/SAP projects by providing technical and methodological expertise.
  • Contribute to the further development of the content of the topic ERP/SAP S/4 at BCG Platinion, e.g., through participation in conferences, creation of a training catalog, or technical articles.
Requirements
  • An above-average degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in the context of strategic ERP/SAP projects.
  • Technical knowledge along typical end-to-end processes relevant in the ERP context and their implementation in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of specific SAP industry solutions, specialist SAP add-on solutions, and analytical SAP tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong client and result orientation.
  • Team spirit, communication, and presentation skills, as well as intellectual agility.
  • Ability to align individuals and organizations to a common goal.
