Wir betreuen und beraten mehr als 200 namhafte werbungtreibende Unternehmen in den Bereichen Strategie, Kommunikation, Mediaplanung und -einkauf sowie Optimierung und Forschung.

Dein Job

Als Junior Manager Investment bei der Omnicom Media Group Germany bist du Teil unseres Teams und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung von Strategien, um Werbeplätze in allen Medien effizient einzukaufen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwickel Strategien für die Mediaplanung und -einkauf
  • Setze diese Strategien in die Realität um und definier notwendige Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Ziele
  • Analysier die konkreten Ergebnisse, um unsere Strategien zu optimieren
  • Arbeitest an Neugeschäfts-Projekten und Media-Einkaufsverhandlungen mit
  • Deine Einschätzung ist bei der Beurteilung der Konditionen und Rabatte gefragt
  • Du bist dabei, wenn es um die Preisverhandlungen mit den Medien geht
  • Du machst unsere Erfolge messbar, stellst Reportings und Auswertungen bereit, analysierst Zahlen und Fakten und bereitest diese auf
  • Du stehst im engen Austausch mit den Kolleg*innen der anderen Units aus unserem Netzwerk
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft oder Marketing abgeschlossen
  • Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit Zahlen und behältst auch bei großen Datenmengen stets den Überblick
  • Englisch und MS-Office, insbesondere Excel, sind kein Problem für dich
  • Du bringst bestenfalls erste Erfahrungen in der Media-Planung oder im Media-Einkauf mit
  • Du bist selbstbewusst, aufgeschlossen, teamorientiert und flexibel
