Professional Design Engineer for Turbomachinery Seals

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Design Engineer to join our team at EagleBurgmann. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing innovative seal series for our international customers in the turbomachinery sector.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative seal series for turbomachinery applications
  • Collaborate with international development teams to ensure seamless integration of seal designs
  • Work closely with customers to understand their sealing requirements and develop customized solutions
  • Contribute to the development of sustainable and emission-free sealing solutions for the future energy infrastructure
  • Participate in the standardization of seal series and further development with customers
  • Provide technical support to sales, production, and customers

Requirements

  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD design software
  • Knowledge of turbomachinery or sealing technology is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English and German
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn
