The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and control, with experience in creating and managing production schedules, generating orders, and monitoring production performance. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Production Planning: Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Production Control: Generate orders based on production schedules, initiate raw material planning/orders, and define batch sizes.
• Production Monitoring: Compare actual and planned production conditions, identify deviations, and request actions to improve production performance.
• Communication: Collaborate with upstream and downstream departments to optimize the production process and ensure smooth operations.

• Education: Completed training as an industrial clerk or equivalent.
• Skills: High performance and results orientation, flexibility, reliability, and strong PC skills (MS-Office and Mimi).
