About the Role

As a Student Ambassador for Red Bull, your primary objective is to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to enhance the Red Bull brand within the student community and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Red Bull brand effectively through daily interactions with consumers and customers, embodying the company's values and personality.
  • Expand the customer base by offering Red Bull products and promoting the brand's visibility through targeted sampling efforts, while providing expert responses to consumer inquiries.
  • Design and implement a tailored campus plan to engage students and make the Red Bull brand experiential on campus.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key figures in the region, fostering a strong network.
  • Promote brand loyalty through authentic content on personal social media channels.
  • Collaborate with Red Bull events and sponsored events to deliver unforgettable brand experiences.

Requirements

  • Excellent work ethic and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to work effectively with the team, sharing ideas both online and offline.
  • Timely planning and reporting of activities through the designated online platform.
  • Contribution to the development of the Red Bull Media Business by providing regional insights and informing trends and opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with regional sales representatives and ensure the availability and visibility of Red Bull on the sales market.
  • Collaborate with sales to create new distribution points for Red Bull on the university campus and beyond.
  • Utilize relevant World of Red Bull resources to ensure Red Bull remains visible to customers.
  • Ensure the perfect execution of defined in-store standards.
  • Enrolled student at a university or college.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Charismatic, dynamic, positive, and open personality.
  • Pleasure in establishing connections with diverse individuals on numerous occasions.
  • Active participation in student life and in-depth knowledge of the university, city, and region, including all (known and lesser-known) hotspots.
  • Creativity and entrepreneurial spirit combined with a strong sense of responsibility and high levels of initiative.
  • Ability to balance part-time work and studies, ideally being available occasionally in the evenings and on weekends.
  • Strong interest in acquiring new knowledge, particularly in the areas of marketing, negotiation, and sales.
  • Well-connected with various influential groups and individuals on campus.
  • Enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and product.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Travel readiness of 70-80%.
