Your Responsibilities
Diverse Tasks - You will plan, coordinate, and execute both quantitative and qualitative consumer & shopper studies - from briefing, advising internal stakeholders, selecting and managing external market research agencies, defining test designs, co-developing questionnaires/guides to presenting results. Taking Responsibility - You will independently create, conduct, and analyze quantitative studies using our automated online survey platform. Additionally, you will oversee and enhance our tracking, dashboards, and reporting, advancing our KPI culture. Providing Advisory Support - You will assist our internal stakeholders in implementing the insights gained into brand, channel, and portfolio strategies, facilitating informed business decisions through data-driven marketing. Attention to Detail - You will contribute to the continuous and systematic acquisition of insights (brand, consumer, shopper, channels) and become an expert in the beverage market. You will engage with new and innovative analytical offerings and topics.Your Profile
Your Education – You hold a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on market research, statistics, or empirical social research. Your Experience – You have relevant professional experience in corporate market research, ideally in the FMCG/beverage sector and/or at a market research agency. You are proficient in the methods portfolio of market research, both qualitative and preferably quantitative market and social research. Your Personality – You possess an analytical mindset in complex contexts, combined with strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a meticulous work ethic. You are open to new technologies. Your Expertise – You have strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel and PowerPoint) and MS Teams. Experience with survey applications (e.g., quantilope), advanced knowledge in SPSS and/or BI tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud or Tableau) is advantageous.
