Currently, Medline Europe is seeking a Product Recall Coordinator (m/f/d) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product recall processes across Europe
- Support sales, marketing, and product management teams with vigilance-related inquiries
- Serve as a primary contact for customers regarding vigilance issues
- Communicate critical quality and product information to European stakeholders
- Assist the European Responsible Person in reporting incidents to the appropriate national health authorities
Qualifications
- Background in commercial education
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluent in both German and English
- Excellent communication skills, customer-focused, committed, and eager to learn
