Vollcom Digital GmbH is seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing team of technology experts. We are a leading provider of IT services and consulting solutions, specializing in helping mid-sized to enterprise-level organizations navigate the complexities of digital transformation.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will work closely with a team of skilled engineers and designers to deliver high-quality solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and scalability.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and develop front-end website structures, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Design intuitive user interactions on web pages, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Build robust back-end website applications, leveraging server-side languages and databases to power functionality.
  • Create and manage servers and databases to ensure seamless application performance and data integrity.
  • Optimize applications for cross-platform compatibility across various mobile devices.
  • Guarantee responsive design principles, ensuring optimal viewing experiences on different screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate web design elements and achieve a cohesive visual aesthetic.
  • Lead projects from conception to completion, overseeing all stages of development and deployment.
  • Design and develop APIs to facilitate seamless communication between applications.
  • Continuously analyze user needs and technical requirements to deliver solutions that meet both business and consumer expectations.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is essential for front-end development.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, or Amber is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of server-side languages like Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, or .NET is required.
  • Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration within the team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Knowledge of mobile platforms like Android and iOS is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud architecture and DevOps tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or GCP, is highly valued.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role is required.
