We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at PolyTALENT GmbH. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Managing the recruitment process for our company, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Coordinating and implementing HR projects, such as employee onboarding, training, and development programs
• Providing support to our management team on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation
• Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborating with our IT department to implement HR-related software and systems

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
