As an intern, you will engage in various projects aimed at planning, establishing, and communicating effective processes and methodologies, including knowledge management strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the organization and execution of coordination meetings, decision-making forums, and workshops.
- Supporting our team in the planning and monitoring of work packages while initiating necessary actions.
- Contributing to the development of methodologies.
- Assisting in change management efforts, including the creation of status reports.
- Facilitating meetings for the management of processes and tools.
- Helping to represent the current IT landscape.
- Assisting in identifying requirements for future IT applications.
- Populating newly implemented IT applications and aiding in their rollout.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A university degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Initial knowledge of process modeling and representation.
- Familiarity with modeling languages such as UML and BPMN.
- Experience with IT applications like Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A keen interest in product development processes within the automotive sector.
- An independent and structured approach to work.
- Strong analytical abilities coupled with creativity.
