Job Description

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektmanager für unsere Abteilung Digital Learning Management. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du innovative Konzepte und Softwarelösungen zur Zukunft der digitalen Aus- und Weiterbildung entwickeln.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Entwicklung von innovativen Konzepten und Softwarelösungen für die digitale Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Kooperation mit unserem Team zur Umsetzung von Forschungsprojekten und Entwicklung von praxisnahen Forschungsdesigns
  • Erstellung von Content-Konzepten für digitale Lehr-/Lernszenarien und Umsetzung von E-Learning-Modulen
  • Qualitätsstandards für digitale Bildungsinhalte entwickeln und durch Datenanalyse zur Verbesserung der Lehr- und Lernerfahrungen beitragen
  • Kommunikation von Forschungsergebnissen an interne und externe Stakeholder sowie Teilnahme an Konferenzen und Präsentationen im Bereich digitaler Bildung
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Educational Technology, Psychologie, Bildungswissenschaften, Pädagogik, E-Learning oder ähnlichem Studiengang
  • Erfahrungen in der Konzeption, Erstellung und Didaktik digitaler Lerninhalte sowie bei der Erstellung und Konzeption von Softwarelösungen, idealerweise im Bereich künstliche Intelligenz und Recommender-Systeme
  • Hohe Affinität zu technischen Produkten und Lösungen sowie hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch (mind. C1-Level) und Englisch (mind. B2-Level)
