Your Role:

  • Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of a major banking transformation project in Germany and Switzerland.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and internal teams.
  • Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure successful delivery within scope and budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management throughout the project.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 50% within Germany and Switzerland.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in economics, business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in project management, specifically in IT transformation for banking or financial services.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in project management tools.
    • Knowledge in bank management or related areas is a plus.
    • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent Excel skills.
    • Languages: Fluent in English, German is preferred.
