Position: Working Student in Quality Management

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of the Zero Waste Philosophy and contribute to the evolution of a Lean & Learning Organization.
  • Evaluate existing processes and work collaboratively with teams to foster enhancements.
  • Employ methodologies for ongoing improvement such as PDCA, Kaizen, and 5S.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain templates and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a technical or business-related degree program.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and have a basic understanding of MS SharePoint.
  • Knowledge or experience in continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
