Your Responsibilities

  • Support the department head in leading the rehabilitation of neurological patients
  • Ensure the medical care of neurological patients
  • Train and induct junior physicians
  • Participate in the professional development of junior physicians and other staff, as well as the implementation of the neurological training concept
  • Provide professional supervision of junior physicians and in specific cases, the nursing and therapeutic departments
  • Attend and conduct ward rounds and team meetings
  • Verify admission records, medication and therapy prescriptions, documentation, and extension and discharge reports
  • Participate in the neurological background service of Asklepios Weserbergland-Klinik Höxter

Your Profile

  • You are a specialist (m/f/d) in neurology or are about to obtain the specialist title and have extensive experience in the treatment, diagnosis, and therapy of neurological disorders
  • You prefer a motivating and team-oriented leadership style
  • You are patient-focused and committed, but also value well-planned working hours
  • You are self-reliant and open to change
  • You have experience in clinical work in the rehabilitation sector (ideally)
  • You possess professional engagement, team skills, reliability, and flexibility
