Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the maintenance, replacement, and installation of hardware and software

Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as an IT specialist for system integration or IT systems electronics technician, or a Bachelor of Science in business informatics or systems engineering, or an equivalent qualification
- Hands-on experience in user support and system administration
- Strong knowledge of the MS Windows server and operating system environment
- Proficient in written and spoken German
- Strong customer service orientation
