Key Responsibilities- Oversee public law permitting procedures for our renewable energy and energy transition projects
- Determine the permitting requirements and prerequisites
- Coordinate the scope of the application and the required expert opinions with the relevant authorities
- Prepare and conduct permitting procedures in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and the Water Resources Act (WHG)
- Develop and submit application and permitting documents
- Coordinate expert opinions (e.g. predictions for air pollution, odors, noise; expert opinions under the UVPG, nature conservation expert opinions, safety technical assessments)
- Integrate the facility into the current state of the art/BVT
- Accompany the entire permitting process (participation in authority meetings, scoping procedures, hearings, local authority meetings)
- Manage objections
- Develop statements on conditions and ancillary provisions
- Advise on the implementation of conditions and ancillary provisions in operational practice
- Completed studies in Environmental Technology / Renewable Energies, Technical Environmental Protection, or Energy Technology
- Knowledge of the processing of permitting procedures in accordance with BImSchG and other relevant laws
- Professional experience in permitting management, project development, and/or project management within the renewable energy sector
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
