Your Role:

We are in search of a dedicated and versatile IT Support Specialist (f/m/x) to become part of our vibrant team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical assistance across various domains, including firewalls, IT infrastructure, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Windows Administration:
    - Set up and configure Windows servers according to organizational needs.
    - Create Windows images for on-site deployments.
    - Assist in managing and maintaining Azure and AWS cloud services.
  • Network & Security:
    - Configure and uphold network firewalls to ensure robust security (e.g., Fortigate, SonicWall).
    - Manage their respective central management solutions.
    - Maintain a solid understanding of IT security best practices.
  • Documentation & Monitoring:
    - Develop and sustain precise technical documentation for internal systems and procedures.
    - Conduct regular assessments of IT infrastructure health and performance.

Your Profile:

  • Degree or training as an IT Specialist (f/m/x) in Application Development, System Integration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Windows and Network administration at the 2nd level support.
  • Familiarity with FortiManager, FortiGate, and SonicWall configuration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
