Position: Residential Consultant at Pro Seniore Residenz Bibertal

• Engage in proactive outreach to attract new residents through consistent field activities and maintain strong relationships with key influencers.
• Provide prompt and knowledgeable responses to inquiries from prospective residents, offering guidance on the various services available at our facility.
• Draft residential agreements and oversee the management of our sales database.
• Assist potential residents throughout their transition process and sustain communication with residents, their families, and caregivers.
• Coordinate and execute community events and networking initiatives.
• Work closely with the Central Marketing team to formulate marketing strategies and generate content for digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Passion for fieldwork and a dedication to advising potential residents on the advantages of residing in our facility.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication abilities, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and possession of a valid driver's license.
