We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at L'Osteria in Rheine. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a similar environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
