Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team at WMF. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the Employee Life Cycle, from recruitment to employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data analysis and market research
  • Collaborate with management to create engaging presentations and reports
  • Contribute to the development of employee engagement initiatives and programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous HR experience or relevant internship experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
