Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our Europe-based team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing negotiated rates for our corporate customers, ensuring outstanding service quality, and managing rate loading processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the rate loading process for corporate customers with individual hotels and hotel chains.
  • Support customers and ensure exceptional service quality in answering rate loading-related requests.
  • Prepare regular reports to corporate customers, detailing success ratios and remaining issues.
  • Manage the Rate Activation process for corporate customers with hotel chains.
  • Investigate and actively manage Key Performance Indicators, steering actions within the organization to positively impact these KPIs.
  • Be responsible for the operational implementation, technical, and procedural development of the HRS service.
  • Process audit results, verify data in respective systems, and ensure corresponding communication to hotel chains and hotels.
  • Build and maintain fruitful relationships with internal stakeholders and travel managers of corporate customers.
  • Improve external tools in cooperation with IT/product development to enhance work processes.
Requirements
  • A commercial education, preferably in the travel industry or business administration.
  • First professional experience in the hotel industry and/or within the B2B travel industry is an advantage.
  • Good MS Excel skills, bindingness, self-responsible work, customer and result orientation, and excellent communicative skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work under time pressure.
  • Ability to manage hotel and customer expectations.
  • Experience in eCommerce and distribution technologies, such as global distribution systems (GDS), property management systems (PSM), and computer reservation systems (CRS).
  • High level of flexibility and good organization.
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
