Your Role
We are seeking an Automation / Vision & Information Systems Engineer to join our Europe Baby Care Process & Engineering hub in Euskirchen, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inventing, developing, and delivering breakthrough technologies that provide winning products for consumers in Europe and around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative approaches to address current and future challenges in digital manufacturing, data, and analytics.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the company to integrate technologies and enable the future of Industry 4.0.
- Design and implement automation solutions using industrial PLC, sensors, motors, and robotics.
- Work with process and machine control systems to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Python, Labview, Java, and C#.

Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and technical mastery in automation, vision systems, and information systems.
- Experience with industrial PLC, sensors, motors, and robotics.
- Programming knowledge and experience with languages such as Python, Labview, Java, and C#.
- Agility and ability to adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
