Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Psychologist Leader to join our team at akut Medizinische Personallogistik GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of patients in individual and group settings, as well as leading and developing the training of psychological psychotherapists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to treatment teams and individual therapists, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for psychological psychotherapists, focusing on advanced techniques and best practices.
  • Research Opportunities: Collaborate with our research team to explore new approaches and methodologies in psychological therapy.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Hold a degree in psychology (Dipl.-Psych. or Master) and be certified as a psychological psychotherapist.
  • Experience: Possess several years of experience in leading and supervising treatment teams, as well as working with social-medical issues.
  • Skills: Be proficient in psychotherapeutic techniques and have experience as a trainer or educator.
