Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Manager (m/w/d) to join our team at our Eningen location. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements of equipment and facilities
- Monitor and maintain the condition of our facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal facility performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., facilities management, maintenance, or engineering) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
- Valid driver's license
