Quality Assurance Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team in Göttingen. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our quality assurance managers by acting as a liaison between various departments within the organization.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Review batch records for drug release and clinical trial preparations, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards.
- Evaluate internal documents for GMP compliance and data integrity, contributing to the maintenance of a robust quality management system.
- Assist in documentation processes, including creating, updating, distributing, and archiving GMP-compliant documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for employees, as well as onboarding new team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Provide support during customer audits and inspections, demonstrating our commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance.

Your Profile:
- Completed training as a BTA, LTA, PTA, or lab assistant.
- Experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel, demonstrating strong technical skills.
- Good command of English, facilitating clear communication in a global work environment.
