Exciting Career Opportunity in Group Risk Management
We are pleased to present a remarkable position within the Group Risk Management division of DZ BANK AG. In this role, you will significantly contribute to the formulation and oversight of the group standards for credit risk parameter assessment within the DZ BANK Group. Collaborating closely with your peers, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and analyzing regulatory changes impacting credit risk parameter assessment in your designated areas
- Formulating and revising group standards for credit risk parameter assessment in alignment with regulatory mandates and economic imperatives, while coordinating with subsidiary entities
- Organizing workshops focused on group standards and subsidiary requirements, facilitating these sessions with the team, and evaluating the sufficiency of credit risk calculations performed by subsidiaries
- Supporting model modifications initiated by subsidiaries in your area of responsibility, engaging in regular discussions, and assisting with regulatory audits within the DZ BANK Group
- Contributing to various projects and ongoing tasks related to credit risk parameter assessment
Candidate Qualifications
- Completed higher education in Business Administration, Mathematics, Law, or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in finance, regulatory oversight, or consultancy
- Comprehensive theoretical and practical expertise in credit risk parameter assessment (PD, LGD) and statistical methodologies
- In-depth understanding of pertinent regulatory frameworks (CRR, EBA Guidelines/Standards, ECB requirements)
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, a self-directed work approach with a focus on execution, and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in standard IT applications and solid command of the English language
