Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Sustainability Consultant, der sich für die Themen Nachhaltigkeit und ESG-Assurance begeistert. In dieser Rolle wirst du Teil unseres Teams für Audit und Assurance und wirst dich mit den Herausforderungen der Zukunft auseinandersetzen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt bei der Prüfung von Nachhaltigkeitsinformationen von großen, international ausgerichteten Unternehmen und prüfst spannende Themen wie CO2-Emissionen, Kennzahlen zu Circular Economy oder Managementkonzepte zu Diversity & Inclusion.
  • Du begleitest unsere Mandant:innen bei der operativen Umsetzung der spannenden regulatorischen Anforderungen aus der EU-Taxonomie oder der Corporate Sustainability Directive (CSRD). So unterstützt Du unsere Mandant:innen auf ihrem Weg zu einer integrierten Berichterstattung von Finanzinformationen und ESG-Informationen.
  • Du übernimmst die selbstständige Durchführung von Aufgaben in Prüfungsprojekten sowie die Kommunikation mit unseren Mandant:innen. Dabei bist Du im engen Austausch mit verschiedensten Fachabteilungen der Mandant:innen und arbeitest auch mit Kolleg:innen aus anderen KPMG Abteilungen – national und international – zusammen.
  • Bei der Prüfung setzt Du einen innovativen und digitalen Prüfungsansatz ein und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team kontinuierlich die Prüfung der Zukunft weiter.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast einen guten Studienabschluss der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Naturwissenschaften, Umweltwissenschaften oder Rechtswissenschaften.
  • Du bringst aus Deinem Studium oder ersten praktischen Erfahrungen idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich der Wirtschaftsprüfung, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Unternehmensberichterstattung, Investor Relations oder Finance und Accounting/Controlling mit.
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Grundkenntnisse über gängige Standards und Anforderungen aus der nichtfinanziellen Berichterstattung (bspw. Standards der GRI, TCFD, NFRD, UN Guiding Principles für Menschenrechte oder der EU-Taxonomie) oder aus der finanziellen Berichterstattung (IFRS, HGB, US-GAAP).
  • Du möchtest einen Beitrag für die Gesellschaft leisten, Vertrauen schaffen sowie Dich und Dein Umfeld stetig weiterentwickeln.
  • Zu Deinen großen Stärken zählen Deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Deine Affinität zu Zahlen und Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise. Zudem bist Du ein:e echte:r Teamplayer:in.
  • Einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen (insbes. PowerPoint und Excel) setzen wir voraus.
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau und besitzt die im Prüfungs- und Beratungsumfeld notwendige Flexibilität.
