Your Role:

As a Geothermal Plant Manager, you will oversee the technical operations of our geothermal power plant in Grünwald and Unterhaching. Your responsibilities encompass ensuring reliable energy supply, maintaining equipment, and leading a team of skilled technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Oversight: You will be responsible for the technical management of the entire plant, guaranteeing the continuous and reliable operation of all systems.
• Hands-on Operations: Actively participate in operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing maintenance tasks on all equipment within the plant.
• On-Call Duty: Be prepared to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to address any urgent operational needs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulations and standards governing power plant operations.
• Client Collaboration: Maintain close communication with clients, providing updates on plant performance and addressing their concerns.
• Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and oversee major maintenance projects in collaboration with clients and external service providers.
• Operational Excellence: Continuously strive to optimize plant operations, enhance efficiency, and minimize costs.
• Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Your Profile:

• Education: Possess a Master's or Technician degree with an electrical engineering specialization.
• Certifications: Holding switching authorization 30kV and a boiler operator certification is advantageous.
• Skills & Experience: Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, strong leadership and organizational skills, decisiveness, and excellent communication abilities. Bring several years of experience in operating power plants, heating plants, geothermal plants, district heating systems, and managing teams.
• Other Requirements: Hold a valid driver's license Class B and possess proficient IT skills (MS-Office).
