Your Tasks

• Orient yourself and collect practical experience in the social sector.
• Learn, develop, and take responsibility for our clients.
• Enhance your social team skills and personal competencies.
• Pursue personal development and career orientation for your future.

Your Profile

• You are between 16 and 26 years old.
• Required: Completed 10-year compulsory education.
• Start with us at the beginning of the school year.
• Duration of the voluntary social year: 1 year.

Your All-Round Package

• Remuneration: Monthly pocket money.
• One-year employment contract with 27 days of annual leave.
• Accompanying seminar weeks and 25 training days.
• Advice and support from AWO staff members.
• Weekly working hours: 40 hours / 5 days a week.
