• Programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling equipment
• Producing high-precision components based on technical drawings and specifications
• Overseeing the production workflow and performing quality assurance checks
• Conducting maintenance and servicing of machinery, addressing minor technical issues
• Recording production activities and outcomes

• Completed vocational training as a CNC miller, machining technician, or a related metalworking field
• Several years of hands-on experience in CNC milling, ideally within an industrial environment
• Proficient in operating CNC systems (e.g., Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc)
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities
