Payroll Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated professional in the field of payroll management within the healthcare industry, specifically focusing on ambulatory services such as medical practices and pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll operations for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accurate maintenance of payroll records, preparation of necessary documentation, and timely submission of reports to relevant authorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients on taxation issues, while actively participating in advisory initiatives.
- Support clients during tax and social insurance inspections.
- Provide direct, thorough, and autonomous support to clients.
Qualifications:
- Completed education as a tax advisor or equivalent commercial training.
- Further qualifications as a payroll specialist are advantageous but not required.
- Experience in a comparable position is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in IT applications, particularly DATEV and MS Office, with a keen interest in digital transformation.
