About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stockroom Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store's inventory is accurately stocked and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process inventory shipments, including checking for damage and verifying quantities
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe stockroom environment
  • Assist in receiving and processing customer returns and exchanges
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and inventory goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or inventory-related role
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
