Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Neufahrn

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of ALV, JIT/JIS transport operations.
  • Delegate transport assignments to subcontractors while managing fleet logistics.
  • Enhance the dispatch schedule by incorporating additional vehicles or special transport needs.
  • Monitor and optimize loading and unloading schedules for various orders.
  • Supervise the entire order processing workflow.
  • Manage the distribution of transport documents and data.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training, ideally in forwarding and logistics services.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in truck dispatching.
  • Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.
  • Strong IT competencies.
  • Availability for on-call duties.
  • Proactive attitude and dedication to the role.
  • Ability to assertively manage tasks.
  • Dependability and adaptability.
  • Capacity for independent and meticulous work.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
