Role Overview

In the capacity of Lead Media Strategist for ATL Campaigns (all genders), you will be an integral part of our offline marketing division, responsible for orchestrating campaigns across Above The Line (ATL) channels including television, outdoor advertising, audio, and print media. Your role will involve collaborating with key partners to design co-branded media initiatives throughout the marketing funnel, specifically:

Spearheading the strategic planning and execution of all ATL paid media efforts while managing the daily interactions with our media agency partner to ensure the delivery of effective media strategies that achieve strong returns on investment against established objectives and budgets. Establishing a comprehensive approach to ATL media planning across various European markets. Collaborating with both internal and external teams to cultivate best practices in all aspects of ATL media planning, from audience segmentation to performance measurement. Overseeing the ATL media budget, ensuring accountability for the effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns. Introducing and promoting the use of innovative media platforms, technologies, and solutions. Partnering closely with collaborators to develop co-branded media strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in both traditional and emerging media channels. Experience in planning and purchasing linear television campaigns. A successful track record in managing multi-million EURO ATL campaigns across diverse markets. Familiarity with various media landscapes. Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams. Experience collaborating with internal and/or external creative agencies. Background in working with marketing intelligence teams. Understanding of various measurement frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, causal impact analysis, and A/B testing. Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus, with an international perspective.
