About the Role:

CyberX GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Controlling team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pricing and sales controlling tasks, as well as projects and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our Sales, Product Management, and Finance teams to quickly respond to changing requirements and evaluate margins for management discussions.
  • Assist in preparing price calculations and price lists for various markets and currencies, and be responsible for system setup in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies for new products across different markets and regions, while ensuring ongoing products remain competitive from a price perspective.
  • Calculate transfer pricing for different entities and track stock bookings.
  • Evaluate margins for promotions, define promo prices, and track sales and margin outcomes.
  • Develop and provide regular management reporting and analysis, focusing on Sales KPIs and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Verify and approve credit notes and promotional prices in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Monitor customer conditions, support in defining necessary accruals, check referred claims for correctness, and adapt the SAP S/4HANA system accordingly.

Requirements:

  • You are a mix of a numbers person and a team player.
  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in finance and controlling or a similar field.
  • Have profound knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.
  • Be fluent in both English and German languages.
  • Knowledge of VBA/Makro-programming is a plus.
