Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and cultivate a team of project application engineers.
  • Oversee the development of tailored solutions for customer-specific adaptations of our standard PEM electrolyser products for large-scale industrial applications.
  • Generate technical deliverables for conceptual and front-end engineering design (FEED) studies.
  • Collaborate with sales experts to address customer needs and clarify technical inquiries.
  • Manage queries from technical and sales teams, adapting proposed solutions as necessary.
  • Present technical proposals to stakeholders, emphasizing potential opportunities and risks.
  • Promote a high-performance culture and create a motivating work environment.
Your Qualifications
  • A degree in process, electrical, or automation engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with large industrial process plants, particularly in design and execution of EPC projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Experience with PEM electrolysers is highly desirable; experience with other industrial electrochemical processes may also be considered.
  • A self-motivated, systematic, and organized approach to work, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in both English and German is required.
