Lead Consultant SAP Retail Solutions (m/f/d)

In partnership with our colleagues from the SAP & Finance Transformation Solution Line, you will work closely with our clients to modernize business processes and reflect them in IT systems. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring the successful digital transformation of our clients.

Your Responsibilities
Are you ready to leverage your consulting expertise to advance our SAP & Finance Transformation sector? Here’s how you can contribute:

  • Develop tailored solutions for our clients utilizing SAP technologies for the retail and consumer goods sectors (S/4HANA for Merchandise Management, S4/HANA for Fashion, SAP CAR, SAP F&R) including MRP, CSI, Wholesale, and Retail.
  • Design and harmonize business processes from procurement through logistics to OmniChannel sales in an international context.
  • Participate in the planning, design, and execution of innovative transformation projects.
  • Adapt cutting-edge technologies and solutions such as IoT and Machine Learning to meet the specific needs of the retail and consumer goods industries.
  • Oversee the enhancement of industry-specific process and performance models.
  • Prepare and conduct client workshops based on agile project methodologies, creating decision-making documents and presentation materials.
Your Profile
  • To become a Lead Consultant SAP Retail Solutions with us, you should possess a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • You should have several years of professional experience with retail-specific SAP solutions (S/4HANA for Merchandise Management, SAP CAR, SAP F&R).
  • Experience in the retail and consumer goods industry in a consulting role, ideally within SAP project environments or specific user functions, is essential.
  • Your strong understanding of the entire business and economic value chain in retail, including areas such as assortment optimization, allocation, replenishment, promotion, pricing management, as well as logistics and procurement optimization, will set you apart.
