Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Sales Intelligence team as a Sales Intelligence Analyst. As a key member of our Commercial Strategy scope, you'll work closely with our channels' leadership team to develop tools, reports, and extensive analysis to measure performance, validate business strategy, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales intelligence tools and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Sales, to drive business growth
  • Work closely with data analysts to leverage insights and drive business outcomes
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business strategy and drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • MS Office knowledge, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • A curious mindset, results-driven, solutions-oriented, and can-do spirit
